Jeff joined Halldin Public Relations in March 2006, after serving as editor of The Press Tribune in Roseville, California since 2003. Jeff is a respected journalist who spent 25 years in the newspaper business. He was previously worked for The Sacramento Bee and The Auburn Journal.
On three occasions while at The Press-Tribune, Jeff was awarded first place by the California Newspaper Publishers Association for best feature story. Four times during a six-year span the CNPA named The Press-Tribune the state’s top sports section in its small newspaper category.
Under Weidel’s leadership, The Press-Tribune took second place in the General Excellence category in the CNPA contest.
At Halldin Public Relations, Jeff works to provide media relations for a variety of clients, including the California Forest Products Commission, the Pacific Legal Foundation, Granite Community Bank, William Jessup University and a coalition of Humboldt County citizens.
