Jeremy Burgess, Associate

Jeremy Burgess came to Halldin Public Relations in March 2008, after spending more than 15 years in radio. He brings with him the many unique experiences radio has to offer, including programming, promotions, identity branding, copywriting and event planning.

His career in radio includes stops at many popular Sacramento stations like KNCI, KDND, KKFS and KZZO. Radio also took him many places, including Stockton, Modesto and Albuquerque, New Mexico. While in Albuquerque, Jeremy’s radio show was simulcast on three other radio stations. To add to his already busy schedule, Jeremy was the public address announcer for the University of New Mexico Lobos, and he also produced national voice-over work.

Most recently, Jeremy worked at Sacramento’s 103.9 The Fish as its afternoon host and music director, and he was greatly responsible for developing the station’s musical identity.  During his time at the Fish, Jeremy’s promotions and writing skills were utilized to create a relationship between the station and its listeners, and to develop successful advertising campaigns for clients.

Jeremy has been nominated for several music programming awards, and in February 2006, he was selected as one of Sacramento Magazine’s “Celebrity Singles”.

In his spare time, Jeremy is an avid hockey player and enjoys volunteering in both of his daughters’ sports of choice – cheerleading and softball.  He still dabbles in radio, enjoys occasional voice-over work and even deejays private parties.
