Tracy Tierney brings a fresh perspective to Halldin Public Relations. She joined the team in February 2008 after working for one of the world’s leading communications firms, Fleishman-Hillard, in San Francisco.
Starting her career in newspaper in 2003, Tracy worked as a business reporter for The Record-Courier in Gardnerville, Nev. She received a scholarship award from the newspaper in 2004.
In 2007, she graduated cum laude from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, with an emphasis in public relations. While in school, Tracy supervised the school’s student-run firm, Allen Hall Public Relations, and helped manage media relations for the University of Oregon Athletic Department.
She received the Liz Cawood Award for Community Service by the Public Relations Society of America's Portland Metro Chapter in 2007.
Tracy enjoys staying involved in the community and currently volunteers for WEAVE in Sacramento. She is also a member of the Sacramento Public Relations Association.
